Doha has a metro, run by Qatar Rail, and it reaches most of what a visitor wants including the corniche and the old centre.

Voiture
The country is small enough to cross in a couple of hours, and a car is how the desert in the south is reached.

À propos de Qatar
Qatar is a peninsula and almost all of it is Doha. The corniche curves around the bay with the museums on it, the old souk is a few streets inland, and everything else a visitor does is within half an hour of those two.
Past the ring road the country is desert. The south, where the dunes run down into an inland sea, is the one day out that is not in the city, and it is a couple of hours away.
